Role Overview: Dohatech Healthservice (DHS) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our care team to support our Supported Living service. In this role, you will deliver person-centered care that empowers service users to maintain their independence, personal interests, and dignity while meeting CQC Fundamental Standards and legislative guidelines.SOC Code: 6135Key Responsibilities:Personal & Clinical Care: Assist service users with daily activities including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting. Support mobility, care of personal equipment, and medication administration as outlined in care plans. Specialised Support: Contribute to specialised care plans including dementia care, re-enablement, continence management, and end-of-life care when required.Client Well-Being: Promote mental and physical activity through conversation, hobbies, and recreation. Ensure physical comfort by changing bedding, light cleaning, and handling laundry.Reporting & Operational Duties: Log daily notes, medications, and risk observations using Oneplan software. Promptly communicate any changes in a client’s condition to a Senior HCA or Manager.Team Collaboration: Work in harmony with multidisciplinary teams, colleagues, and client families while acting as an ambassador for DHS.Please note: Our carers who work in our Supported Living Service may need to work in a variety of patterns which are communicated in advance this can mean our Supported Living Service is either Live in Care or Shift basis dependant on the clients needs.
